HSRA Gets Busy for Click4Life
This has been a busy fall with staff and students gearing up for this year’s Minnesota Legislative Session which begins in January. Students have been planning seminars, trainings, and travel plans to get the 2008-2009 Click4Life Campaign underway. These activities include organizing students, training at the Humphrey Institute and meeting with State Farm officials and lobbyists. The thrust of this year’s activities is to pass the Primary Seat Belt Law in Minnesota. Next month, the Click4Life campaign goes to Nashville, Tennessee, to visit Meharry Medical College and collect research and data for their cause.
